heyo peeps 

phew, it feels like ages since we last talked. this will be a short one though. haven’t had any time 4 chatting lately, with the situation at home and all. turns out my cousin Bart will be staying with me until the end of summer. isnt that craaazy? now i have to give up all my tv time cuz he is obsessed with binge watching those fake documentaries about aliens building the pyramids. not only that, but we will share rooms until my mom manages to clean the guestroom of all my dad’s fishing equipment. I've had to hide in the bathroom just to be able to write to you without his nosey head meddling in all my business.

GAMESCOM

anyways, I have good news. great news even... i’m underselling it, this is THE BEST NEWS!!! we are excited to announce that BIG STRETCH will be sending two representatives of our team at Gamescom this year, where we will be sharing the booth with the amazingly creative people at Catalan Arts!!! i’ve been counting every day since we received the confirmation, but i just can’t calm the excitement down. we’re proud to be participating at such a big event as representatives of Catalan Arts, so definitely be on the lookout for us if you want to have a chat or show us some love.

Don’t get 2 excited to see me there though, since I will be covering all the juicy news and details of the event from home speaking of home... i finally managed to get some alone time with dad. He promised me he will get into the nitty gritty of my contribution and well deserved pay after we are done with Gamescom, since it will be a very busy month in preparation for it. That’s maybe why i’m so pumped to share all the news with you

Better Organisation

I almost forgot, but i have to tell you about our team’s progress in updating all the internal communication systems. They made me say it fancy like this, but it basically means that there are more meetings, prettier tables and sheets, and a better schedule for making sure they deliver the game and don’t lose their minds in the process. Even i had to watch tutorials about notion and figma, can you believe it? i thought my wonderful writing and commuication skills were profesh enough, but i guess you always gotta keep learnin’
