The Well's Blessing
A downloadable game
Game concept
A narrative-driven first-person exploration and puzzle game in which three animal-like teenagers embark on a journey of self-discovery as they wander the mystical Sanctuary of the Old Well, uncovering its history and meeting other curious visitors.
Synopsis
After a severe fire and a hurried restoration, the Old Well sanctuary finally reopens its doors. Home to the well whose water has long been linked to a series of superstitions about “starting anew,” the natural park’s reopening draws all kinds of anthropomorphic animals who wish to turn their lives around... or simply take a pleasant stroll through nature, far from their daily worries.
The grand opening unexpectedly reunites three teenagers who, despite once being quite close, lost touch after finishing compulsory secondary school. As they get to know each other better and reflect on where their lives are headed, they begin to sense that the sanctuary may have a life of its own.
Key aspects
- Open-ended exploration that externalizes the protagonists’ inner discovery
- Audio-driven puzzles “hidden” in the environment which are closely intertwined with the protagonists’ development
- A lighthearted yet introspective coming-of-age story that explores the contemporary tensions between tradition and modernity
- Interactive soundtrack and experimental retro art direction (+ cute animals)

Absolutely LOVED this game! I spent about a year on the puzzle LOL. Can't wait for more!!
Aw I'm glad you liked it!! You actually did a pretty good job with the puzzle, we have some tweaks pending to make it a bit easier to follow 🫡
I loved the voice acting hehe, it kept getting closer and closer to their respective personalities
LOL thank you. I struggled with the audio because it got pretty overwhelming all at once but it's really awesome to see you all actively working on it and caring as much as you do! As for the voice acting...I try my best. I usually start lazy, then get into it, then get lazy again lmao. All jokes aside, I look forward to the full game and will be playing it once it is out!
tysm :') we'll keep you all updated 🫡
Yees! Please do!
Really promising demo! the dialogue was really good and the art and music made for a really nice atmosphere. hope to see more down the road!
Thank you so much! This means a lot, I'm glad you enjoyed the experience <3
